The Making of Talking Mental
THE Business IDEA
After suffering for years with his own battle with anxiety, Aaron Stadlin-Robbie decided to launch Talking Mental, a platform for sharing frank discussions on mental health, with specialists and fellow sufferers, to allow him to better understand his own anxiety, while also encouraging anyone who has been affected to start talking mental.
The brand needed to reflect Aaron’s positive and vibrant personality, while also being bold and powerful enough to clearly communicate the important messages.
THE Design PROCESS
As always, we started with moodboards - a collection of visuals, that helps us explore different potential directions.

From here, we worked collaboratively with Aaron and the Talking Mental team, working through rounds of feedback to tweak and finesse these initial concepts.
